With approximately 1/3 of Houstonians without health insurance and overcrowded emergency rooms implementing fees to drive nonurgent poor patients into clinics (see article), Houston must look at new approaches to delivering health care. The Wi-Health Forum will discuss health care in Houston and how it will be impacted by the Digital Houston - Wi-Fi project.
